Data stored in the app
DriveLog stores your trips, dates, odometer and fuel entries, notes, preferences, and optional GPS routes in the app on your device.
DriveLog does not use user accounts and does not upload your trip content, notes, odometer or fuel entries, backup files, or GPS routes to our own servers. Depending on your Apple settings, app data may be included in backups or syncing handled by Apple.
If you export a backup, you choose where it is stored or shared.
Analytics, diagnostics, and configuration
DriveLog uses Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config.
These services may collect app usage, crash, diagnostic, configuration, device, app version, region, language, installation identifier, and optional tip/purchase event information.
Nordform Apps uses this information to understand app usage, improve DriveLog, diagnose crashes and technical problems, and provide configuration values.
DriveLog does not intentionally send your trip content, notes, precise GPS routes, odometer or fuel values, backup contents, email contents, or name to Firebase.
DriveLog does not set a Firebase user ID, use Firebase data for targeted advertising, sell Firebase data, or combine it with third-party data for tracking.
Google processes Firebase data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Optional purchases and support
Apple processes optional tips through StoreKit. DriveLog does not receive payment-card or bank-account details. Firebase Analytics may receive purchase event information such as product, price, and currency.
If you contact support by email, DriveLog receives your email address, message, and anything else you choose to include. A prepared support email may include basic technical information such as the app version, iOS version, and device model. Nordform Apps uses this information to respond and troubleshoot.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in DriveLog, delete the app, or remove backups under your control.
Deleting local app data does not delete information already processed by Firebase. Firebase and Google retain analytics and diagnostic information according to their own settings and policies.
Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, troubleshoot, keep records, or meet legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can delete local DriveLog data in the app or by deleting the app.
DriveLog does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Changes
Nordform Apps may update this policy when DriveLog's data practices change. The latest version will be available from DriveLog's privacy policy link and the App Store page.
